Thursday, May 15th, 1 pm to 5 pm, and 6 pm to 9 pm
Friday, May 16th, 9 am to noon, 1 pm to 5 pm, and 6 pm to 9 pm
All entries must be received by 9 pm on Friday, May 17.
No food or drink allowed in clinic rooms, contest room, or company store.
Judging will commence Saturday morning. The room will remain
closed during the judging process.
The Celebrations and Contest Room will also host a Meet the Modelers session on Saturday afternoon from 1 to 3 pm (or as soon as judging is complete). Model, Photo, and Art & Craft entrants are encouraged to come to the contest room to discuss their tips, techniques, research, and hard work with convention attendees.
All entries should be claimed by the entrants between 3-5 pm on Saturday.
All participants are required to complete the MCR Entry Form #901 for every entry.
Anyone who wants their Model judged should complete MCR Entry Form #901 and MCR Form #902 (Model Judges' Score Sheet).
Those who want their T-TRAK N Modules judged should complete MCR Entry Form #901 and MCR Form #903 (T-TRAK N Module Judges' Score Sheet).
Those who want their Arts & Crafts judged should complete the MCR Entry Form #901 and MCR Form #905 (Arts & Crafts Judges' Score Sheet).
Those who want their Photographs judged only need to complete MCR Entry Form #901.

The Peoples' Choice ballots will be included in your registration packets and must be submitted by 9:00 p.m. on Friday in the Celebration and Contest Room.
The Model Contest will be judged in the following categories:
Steam Locomotive, Diesel & Other Locomotive, Traction, Passenger Car, Freight Car, Caboose, Non-Revenue Car, Structure, and Display.
The Photo Contest will be judged in the following categories:
Model B/W Photo, Model Color Photo, Prototype B/W Photo, and Prototype Color Photo.
The Arts & Crafts Contest will be judged in the following categories:
Railroadania, Needlework, and General.
If you are interested in being a contest judge, please reach out to the Regional Contest Chair, Susan Werner, in the Contest Room. Make sure to attend the clinic on Contest Judging (refer to the Convention Timetable for the clinic room and time).
In addition to competing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category, all judged models will be assessed for Merit Awards in the NMRA Achievement Program. Best of Show awards will also be awarded to the Model, Photo, and Arts & Crafts entry.
